Shipping policy

It is never our intention to make money on shipping.  We strive to always be fair and reasonable in both our pricing and our shipping charges.  All rates and ETAs are dictated by freight / shipping companies.

• All orders are charged the standard rate for the service you choose excluding furniture or oversize pieces.
• Furniture and oversize pieces are available for local pick-up only.  We will be glad to work with the shipper or delivery company of your choice to ensure your items are picked-up properly.  Once in the possession of the shipper and/or delivery company, earthWest assumes no liabilities for damages or schedules.   All shipping costs will be confirmed with you prior to pick-up and all costs will be paid by you directly to the shipping company.   
• If you're in the local area and would like to place your order online and pick up in- store, just choose local pick up as you're checking out.  

We offer free shipping on all purchase online and in-store for an amount of $50 or more. See FREE SHIPPING Policy for details.

When shipping to multiple addresses is required, please contact us immediately via order notes and or email for instructions. Only shipping to the first address will qualify for free shipping if the minimum purchase amount has been met.  Additional shipping fees will apply to all other addresses and you will be invoiced for additional fees.  Order will not be shipped until invoice has been paid.

Orders outside of the Contiguous United States will require a shipping quote prior to order being placed.
