All organic ingredients: Scullcap leaf, Lemongrass, Orange peel, Chamomile flower, Lemon Balm leaf, Oatstraw, Marshmallow root, lemon Verbena leaf. (CAFFEINE FREE)

Flavor Profile: Bright, grassy citrus, embraced with a deep, syrupy coating of sweet, floral body. (PAIRS WITH GREEN, WHITE AND OOLONG TEAS)

Steeping Instructions: 2tsp | 8oz | 210˚F | 5-15+ min. Best to use spring or filtered water. Bring water to boil, pour over leaves, let steep, strain into drinking vessel. For iced tea, brew strong, let cool, strain over ice. For greater health benefit, steep at least twice. Drink any time, throughout the day but especially an an hour or so before bed.
